Returns |

returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
from Logical Systems. Products must be returned
in original
packaging and condition unless specifically exempted. Custom
parts are not returnable except in case of
defects. NRE and
expedite fees are not returnable. |

Domestic shipping rates are dependent upon destination ZIP code. Our default methods of shipping and pricing estimates are listed in the blue areas below. For services not listed we will quote a price or bill your account. Shipments are FOB Syracuse NY, USA. Special shipping instructions will be followed whenever possible. Discrepancies in items shipped must be reported within 10 days. Claims for shipments damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier and not with Logical Systems. |
